Warranty Terms
Your product is warranty by MegaForce Technologies, Inc. for FIVE
YEARS from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers malfunction due to defects in materials and workmanship. Product with applicable warranty will be repaired or replaced at MegaForce Technologies', Inc. discretion. Repairs or replacement will be made without any cost for parts or labor if warranty applies. MegaForce Technologies, Inc. will not be held liable for damages including but not limited to the following:
1. Wear due to normal usage
2. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3. Abuse, misuse, accidents or act of nature.
4. Failure to follow applicable instructions.
5. Exterior defects and damages.
To remain under warranty, the product label must be in good condition. Original serial number with original label must be present. The product label must not be defaced or modified.
Repairs not done by MegaForce Technologies, Inc. or an authorized service facility will automatically void warranty.
Warranty is only valid for products sold by an authorized dealer for use in the United States of America.
In conjunction with the stated warranty rights you may have additional rights that is state dependent.
Service Policy
All products returned for service must have a RA# clearly visible upon arrival at the factory. Please call MegaForce Technologies, Inc. to obtain a RA# before shipping any product for service. Shipped products must be properly packaged. Damaged product due to improper packaging will automatically void warranty. For warranty repairs, a copy of the original sales receipt must be enclosed with product.
